The Hesafin login system provides secure access to the application through assigned credentials. Only authorized council members can perform transactions within the system, ensuring proper oversight and security of group finances.

Login Credentials

Username

• Provided by implementation partners during field onboarding

• Unique identifier for each user

• Cannot be changed by users

• Case-sensitive

PIN/NIP (Personal Identification Number)

• 6 digit numeric code assigned by implementation partners

• Must be kept confidential

• Cannot be reset by users (contact implementation partner if reset needed)

Login Process

1. Enter your assigned username and NIP in the designated fields

1. Tap the login button

After successful login, users will access the home page.
