Manage Meetings
Group meetings are events where members gather to conduct financial transactions and make group decisions. Every transaction in Hesafin must be recorded during meeting sessions to ensure transparency and proper documentation. Only council members can start meetings. During meetings, the group can record contributions, process loans, handle repayments, and manage the social fund. All transactions are verified by council members and permanently recorded on the blockchain, creating a reliable financial history for the group.
Start a Meeting
The Start Meeting feature allows council members to initiate group meetings.
From the home page, locate and tap the "Start Meeting" button
Start Meeting Button Introduce the PIN/NIP of the logged in council member
Once the transaction is processed the meeting overview page will be displayed. Were the council member will be able to access the four main meeting flows, attendance, contributions, loans and fines and donations.
