Fines

Fines

Fines imposed by the group serve to maintain order, encourage responsibility, and ensure fairness among members. These fines reinforce punctuality, commitment, and adherence to group rules, creating a structured and respectful environment. By implementing fines, the group fosters trust, accountability, and smooth financial operations.

Common Reasons for Imposing Fines

  • Late Arrival – Encourages members to be punctual for meetings.

  • Absence Without Notice – Ensures members notify the group if they cannot attend.

  • Failure to Make a Contribution on Time – Prevents disruptions in the group’s financial activities.

  • Disruptive Behavior – Maintains order and respect during meetings.

  • Providing False Information – Promotes honesty and transparency in financial transactions.
